IMA Service App

Professional, fast and easy. The IMA Service app supports our customers in all tasks related to their machines. Designed for the IMA Service Portal, the app provides access to the machine documents, the ticket Support System and Maintenance Management:
1. Images, drawings and instructions can be retrieved directly from the machine record by QR-Code.
2. The integrated ticket system simplifies and accelerates contact to the IMA-Service.
3. Repairs and maintenances are reported directly via QR codes.
4. Spare parts inquiries can be sent directly with the photo.
5. The integrated calendar shows appointments and operations of IMA technicians for each machine.
6. Using the camera feature, photos can be stored directly in the machine record.
7. Notes to the machine are automatically stored in the machine journal.
8. The integrated calendar provides current information on repair & maintenance and upcoming services of the IMA technicians.

To use the IMA Service app, a personal login to the IMA Service Portal is required.
